This site and the FuturaTerm macOS app are provided as-is. The app is released under the MIT license. There is no warranty of any kind.

Signed FuturaTerm builds are a one-time purchase through Stripe and include all future updates. If FuturaTerm isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are handled by hand; a refunded purchase's license and downloads are revoked. The open-source code stays free to build yourself.

Don't abuse the site: no spam through the contact form, no attempts to break authentication or scrape in a way that degrades the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
